This course is very helpful in understanding the writing of emails from the basics, the explanation which is given are very simple to understand and complete with the examples. You have to take the quiz when you finished a course, this will help you to evaluate your skill and to clarify that you fully understood the material. These courses are really succinct as it just takes a few time to complete but is really easy to organize the material. Just make sure you complete all course in the regular time, do not hold to finish all the course too long.
